David Seulean
David Seulean is an attorney who has been in Southern Oregon for over 30 years. He is a 1979 graduate of Anderson University and a 1984 graduate of Indiana University School of Law. He has served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Estate Planning and Administration Section, and has been a speaker at several Oregon State Bar Education Programs on Estate Planning and co-authored a chapter for the OSB publication “Administering Trusts in Oregon.” He is a past-President of the Jackson County Bar Association. David formerly worked for the U.S. Bank Trust Department, ending his service there as Manager of the Medford Trust Department before starting his own practice in 1994. David is married, and has three children who live in Portland, Oregon, Astoria, Oregon, and Australia. He enjoys visiting his children, and spending time with his wife sailing and fishing.
Philip Taylor
Philip Taylor is an Oregon native who grew up in Medford, Oregon before earning his Bachelors Degree in Political Science at Portland State University and his J.D. at Lewis and Clark, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2015. After passing the bar the same year he returned to Southern Oregon as an associate at the Law Offices of David Seulean, P.C., where he had previously worked as an intern. In addition to interning at the Law Office of David Seulean, P.C., Philip interned at the Federal Public Defender’s office both in Medford, and in Portland. On his free time, he enjoys being outside, camping, swimming, and sailing with his boss at Lake of the Woods.
